Environmental authorisation

Environmental authorisation

In most cases, new investments and extensions to existing facilities can only be started with the consent of the Environment and Nature Protection Authority. For small projects, it is sufficient to prepare a Preliminary Assessment Document (PAD), while for larger projects an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC or EIA) permit may be required.

An environmental permit is also required to start a number of other activities (e.g. waste transport, air pollutant emissions, etc.), to excavate contaminated sites, to remediate.

Our company has extensive experience in all areas of environmental permitting. According to our knowledge, we are also able to carry out the multi-stage environmental licensing of complex, large projects. We also have the necessary qualifications to sign the documentation for permitting.

As part of our licensing consultancy, we can help our customers by preparing the following documentation and studies:

  • preliminary examination documentation
  • environmental impact assessment
  • environmental permit documentation
  • environmental review
  • noise impact assessment
  • noise abatement plan
  • general provision of environmental
  • environmental status survey, fact finding
  • technical intervention plan
  • damage control plan
  • environmental chapter of construction documents
