Purposes of procurement:
- identify the most suitable manufacturers and service providers on the market for our customers ;
- find the most technically suitable product or service
- provide support for the development of contractual terms and conditions;
- identify the most cost-effective logistics service providers;
- monitor contract performance;
- support their customers until the completion of construction.
Potential suppliers go through a screening process, during which we check their technical suitability, financial stability and references, thus reducing the risk for our customers. During the tendering process, we request bids from several market players to get a more comprehensive picture of the current market situation, prices and other conditions.
We evaluate the bids received from a technical and financial point of view, thus facilitating our clients' decision on the choice of suppliers. We participate in the preparation of the contract, monitor its execution and carry out all related administrative tasks. We liaise with logistics service providers. We also assist with freight management, customs clearance and EKÁER.
