Arctic Green Engineering Services Ltd. (formerly Mannvit Ltd.) designed the hotel and apartment building near the Harpa concert and conference centre in Reykjavík. Our company was involved in the design of the supporting structure and the mechanical engineering. We used BIM modelling software to avoid clashes between disciplines.
The five-star hotel offers 11,400 m² of space, 250 rooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, ballroom, spa and other facilities.
