In a part of Reykjavík, a local school has been demolished and replaced by a new school and kindergarten that is more up to date. Most part of the building's structure is made by CLT panels.
The structural design and the building services engineering were planned in our office. The building is heated by underfloor heating and the mechanical engineering includes water supply, sewerage and sprinkler systems. The building is ventilated by roof-mounted air handling units.
